The Red Giant Kitchen at Dante's run by Chef CJ opened in April 2011. Treat yourself to CJ's delectable cuisine including vegan and vegetarian appetizers, salads, soups, and sandwich offerings. If you crave more traditional fare, Red Giant Kitchen offers stews, gumbos, hearty chicken and meat sandwiches, and more. The menu changes frequently so that you can enjoy the most delicious food based on the best and freshest ingredients available.
